Finding an event
Open the relevant WhatsApp group, read the host’s plan and check whether the event is booked, open or information-only before responding.
Hosting your first event
Choose a clear idea, time, place and capacity. Explain what attendees should expect and keep ownership of the practical details.
Changing your plans
For booked events, contact the host at least two hours ahead if you cannot attend. The sooner you communicate, the better.
The host makes the plan.
Every event is member-created. Suggestions are welcome, but the host decides the structure, capacity and practical rules because they are volunteering their time to make it happen.
